Asshole, you broke my heart.
You seem to forget that I'm a journalist. You think your dad will loan me the bucks? How about you, Uncle Moneybags.

I'm going to go sulk. Fuck, that's a beautiful ride.

You've been working hard. It'd suck if you had to call in sick the night the pope finally kicks it or something. Let Joe know that a little bonus would probably keep you healthy.

I don't have the Sicilian stones your mother imbued you with.

Now that you've successfully re-inserted the scooter bug into my ass, I'm thinking of taking chetticus up on his offer to take his P200e off his hands.

Calderon, I've got no money.

I never understood how scooterists could afford their scooters. I guess the $150 a month I pay in martial arts fees could afford one, or the $55 a month I spend on haircuts, or the ....

fuck, I need to get one, don't I?

Re: It or it?
yes, you do. Buy something, wussy.

You're just going to have to drop the martial arts thing. No scooterist I know spends lavish amounts of money on *gasp* exercise.

You think I had any money when I bought Trixie?

A wise man once said, "You can dine on your Vespa, but you can't ride your dining chairs."

Justify my love
muahaha

OK, here's one for you:

When I wrecked missviki's scooter. My mom paid all the bills not covered by insurance, about $3,000. When I later fell short on money for car insurance or anything else, mom bailed me out.

Mom has forbidden scootering.

How can I ethically justify getting one against her wishes?

But wouldn't it be the "right thing to do" to pay her back the three grand first?
