In case you didn't notice...

I'm back in the U.S. of A. It was nice to come back through Houston and not feel like the fattest person in a 100 mile radius for the first time in a week. I have many experiences and observations to share, but no time to write them out right now... so they'll probably trickle in one at a time as I remember them... like this one:

Walking around Amsterdam, I remember thinking that if Andrew W.K. wrote a song about that place, it'd be called something like, "Dudes. Seriously. Ease up on the partying a bit!"

Man, my best friend's wife is from Holland and at their wedding, her cousins partied like there was no tomorrow. They said "Man, you should come to Amsterdam and hang out with us!"

She told me that it would be in my best interest to NOT party with them. *Chuckle*

Glad you are back safe and sound.

Ease up on partying? Bah! Poppycock. Remember the mantra... too much is never enough.

But I do catch your drift. Amsterdam attracts a lot of rookies.

I consider myself fortunate that I had a Party Sherpa[tm] to guide me through the carnage.

Yeah, before I got there it seemed like you weren't quite enjoying the town to its full potential.
