Seattle crowds

I'm not going to say that something like this could *only* happen in Seattle, but it certainly doesn't surprise me that that's where it happened. One thing I definitely don't miss about living there is the crowds at shows, and the utter lack of respect they have and obnoxious shit they'll do. I'm no Mars Volta fan, but come on... throwing piss at them? Real classy.

I dunno, watching the Locust total fucking wig out at the end of a set when somebody doused them all with baby powder was pretty freakin' hillarious.

really? other than talking over bands, i've never found seattle crowds to be very disrespectful... and definitely never that hostile.

I heard enough "show us your tits" and "shut the fuck up and play" while living in Seattle to overshadow my time in Phoenix and San Francisco combined.

To be fair, it was Endfest which is full of yokels from all over the state. I've heard my share of lame hecklers at actual Seattle shows, but I don't consider Endfest and all those other festivals the same as the actual in-city shows at all.
