Friday night, Seattle Aerie # 1 in Georgetown for cheap drinks and karaoke, or show up early for steak night!
Sat Noon - breakfast at the Fairview Bar & Grill, 234 Fairview N 1 - ride leaves 2ish - Sunset Bowl, 10201 Greenwood N . ( probably won't be able to get a lane here, but we can hang out in the bar or may decide to bail on bowling and head on down Market to the Sloop, 2830 Nw Mkt , for goblets of beer) 3 - ride leaves 4ish - Leilani Lanes 10201 Greenwood N (another good bowling alley bar, can't reserve lanes here unless we get the kiddie packages so we'll take our chances.) Sat night Hideaway 2219 4th Ave (fmr location of sit n spin) show w The Epoxies and the Groovie Ghoulies
Sun Noon - breakfast at Irish Emigrant 5260 University Way NE 1 - ride leaves en route we will stop for buying and collecting toys 2-3ish - arrive at the Kenmore Lanes and Casino, 7638 Ne Bothell Way where we finally be able to bowl, however the casino is available to hone your skills for Vegas. 5ish - head over to the Mars bar and Venus Cafe, 609 Eastlake E, for French Class, with all day happy hour drink specials and good cheap grub.
I might come out for the Saturday stuff... Not sure what I'm up to yet.
hmm. i was thinking of going to the epoxies show at vera on friday, but i didn't know they were playing at the hideaway on saturday. i think i'd rather go to that and check out what they've done with the place. when does the friday night stuff happen? i'm going to happy hour at chapel (my new favorite bar this side of the mississippi) but could go for some karaoke afterwards. and i don't eat steak, so i'm definitely out for that dinner!
