I don't know if it's the drawl or what, but I just watched the new Bush campaign ad (about how Kerry is a moron for saying that terrorism should be reduced to the point of it being a nuisance) and at the end of it, he sounds hella drunk when he says, "Ah'm Georggge Dubleya Bshh and ah approoove thss msssaggge".

Anyway, that ad's a bunch of crap. Bush himself said that we can't win the war on terror. So, which would you rather have: perpetual fear and terror alerts (that just happen to coincide with a falling approval rate) and fear and invasions of privacy and fear and longer lines at airport security, or something that's been pushed back so far that we don't have to worry about it every day, like killer bees?
