Moment of Zen

I'm sitting at the light on Broadway at John, waiting to turn left to go home. From where I sit, I can around the corner on the sidewalk to my left. That is, I can see who's walking on Broadway, and I can see who's walking on John.

So what I see is a guy coming down John towards Broadway on a unicycle, and barely in control of it, and I see a crazy guy walking on Broadway towards John, right around the corner from the unicycle guy. They can't see each other around the corner and they're approaching at the same speed from the same distance.

Now, not being one to interfere with nature, I silently watched the scene unfold. It was everything I expected and more. Crazy guy was immediately on his feet screaming at unicycle guy. Unicycle guy was frantically trying to climb out from his bike and get up, and probably ride away. Someone's dog starts barking at crazy guy and he starts to look like he's gonna pop.

Eventually, Crazy Guy walked away and Unicycle dude got back up and rode away. And the light changed. And I went home.
