Why, after all these years, does Acrobat still have to eat so much ass? I mean, it's not like it JUST STARTED randomly crashing and/or freezing my browser. It's been YEARS. It's not like it's only this computer... it's frozen my browser on probably dozens of computers. It's done it in IE. It's done it in Firefox. It's done it in Windows XP, 2000, 98, and NT. In fact, the one constant in life... the one thing I feel I can always count on... is that sometime soon, Acrobat is going to crash my browser. It might not happen today. It might not happen tomorrow. It'll probably happen sometime this week. Why in the fuck do people insist on publishing documents with that piece of crap?

So what version of Acrobat are you running and were any updates made to either your browser or Acrobat lately? (Patches or whatever?)
Never a prob. But, I'm on a Mac. Hmmm.
(Never install acrobat again)
(Actually I take that back, the only thing that sucks about this acrobat reader is sometimes it doesn't handle pdf files that stray from the pdf standard, but I mean, fuck that anyhow. Other than that, this reader is the shit and is fast as hell.)
