Why do you have three high schools over the same set of four years? It just sort of seemed to suggest an interesting story.
Anyway, I happen to be considering a move to Phoenix and harbor a secret desire to retire to Ocean City, so the collection of schools leapt out at me.
I urge you to reconsider your move to Phoenix. Wherever you live now is a better place, I'm almost positive.
Ocean City, on the other hand, is great. It's a dry town, though.
My mom and brother live in PHX right now and I've been to visit at some of those "perfect" times when you're going from totally crappy, cold weather to seventies and eighties, so my first hand experience is a little skewed, but it seems like it would be a livable place.
Seriously, though, I'm open to any advice or caveats about the move, so if you have any, fire away.
If you must move to Arizona, I recommend checking in to Tucson. It's still hot, but it feels more like a hometown, as opposed to Phoenix, which feels like it just wants to be L.A. Also, Tucson is crazy cheap to live in, so you can get outta the financial hole and look to the future.
Good luck!
